The Karate International organization has been offering instruction and training in the martial arts to both children and adults since 1957 and has been serving the Garner, Raleigh, Durham and Triangle area since 1974. With locations throughout the state of North Carolina our Garner school is following in the tradition of producing champions in the martial arts and in life. And since everyone can benefit from studying the martial arts, we encourage the participation of all ages. Our certified programs begin as early as age four.

Karate International of Garner, Inc. was founded and is headed by Chief Instructor, Sensei, Vernard Williams Jr., a 4th Degree Black Belt, with more than 10 years experience instructing and coaching children and adults. With his team of highly skilled instructors, and staff we offer the best in instruction in the martial arts, character development as well as health and fitness, including: karate, judo, jujitsu, kobudo weapons, women's self-defense, personal training, fitness instruction, cage fitness and life-skills training. Karate International of Garner is also the official home of the Carolina Fit Club, LLC.

The martial arts always begins and ends with respect, therefore we take pride in our school, our students and staff and treat all with the utmost respect. We give emphasis to the positive attributes of our students, and help them to gain self-esteem and achieve higher goals. Our Black Belt Martial Arts School emphasizes discipline and the value of persevering through challenges until goals are reached.
